Terms of Service

1. Program access and license

Scale with Samantha (the “Program”) grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the course materials, AI coach, operator tools, cohort calls, and community spaces for the duration of your enrollment. You do not own the materials. You cannot resell, redistribute, publish, broadcast, or publicly display any portion of the Program.

2. Anti-sharing (this one matters)

You agree NOT to:

• Share your login credentials with any other person, including friends, family, colleagues, or business partners
• Record, screen-capture, download, transcribe, or otherwise reproduce any lesson, cohort call, or AI conversation
• Post any lesson content, script, contract template, framework, or screenshot to social media, private groups, file-sharing sites, or any other public or semi-public forum
• Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measure (watermarks, access tokens, session limits, DRM, etc.)
• Use the Program materials to train any AI model or create a competing product

Liquidated damages: You agree that in the event of confirmed unauthorized sharing, you will pay Scale with Samantha $10,000 per piece of content shared as liquidated damages (not as a penalty), plus reasonable attorneys' fees. We watermark all content with your user ID and IP, making source identification trivially easy.

3. No earnings claims

Scale with Samantha teaches a business model. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or result. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, skill, market conditions, and factors beyond our control. Past student results do not predict future student results.

4. Refund Policy

This section governs Baddie Blueprint coaching refunds. Scale with Samantha cohort refund terms are disclosed separately at cohort checkout.

Baddie Blueprint — 30-day action-gated guarantee

Baddie Blueprint offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions below. The guarantee exists to protect customers who genuinely complete the program. Customers who do not engage with the program are not eligible for a refund, but may cancel future charges at any time.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, you must, within 30 days of your initial purchase:

1. Complete the onboarding questionnaire in full within 7 days of purchase.
2. Submit before photos (front, side, back) and starting measurements (waist, hip, glute circumference) within 7 days of purchase.
3. Log into the application at least 4 days per week for 4 consecutive weeks.
4. Submit at least 4 weekly check-ins, each including progress photos, measurements, workout logs, and meal logs.
5. Complete at least 80% of assigned workout sessions, as tracked by the application.
6. Hit your assigned protein target on at least 5 days per week for 4 consecutive weeks, as logged in the application meal tracker.
7. Attend all 4 weekly group calls (live or replay, tracked in the application).

These conditions exist because the program only produces results when followed. The refund is for customers who completed the program and still did not see results, not for customers who did not engage.

Program Rebuild Guarantee

In addition to the refund option, customers who complete the program for the full 90 days (continuing the eligibility criteria above for an additional two months) and still do not see the agreed-upon results may request, in writing, that Samantha Baio personally rebuild their program from scratch at no additional cost. This is offered in lieu of refund for customers who want to continue but believe a different programming approach is needed.

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request through the in-application Refund Request form (Settings → Subscription → Request Refund). The form will display your current eligibility status. Refund requests submitted via email, direct message, or social media will be redirected to the in-application form.

After submission, Samantha will reach out personally within 7 days to discuss your experience. If you still wish to proceed, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation (separate from Refund)

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with one click, in your application dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. Past charges are not refundable except via the Refund process above. Cancellation does not require completing any of the conditions in the Refund Policy.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before completing the in-application Refund Request waives all eligibility for refund and may result in account termination and collection of disputed funds. Customers are required to use the Refund Request form first.

Locked Pricing

Baddie Blueprint pricing is locked at the price paid at signup, indefinitely, while the subscription remains active. Cancelled subscriptions forfeit locked pricing and must re-enroll at the then-current public rate.

5. Compliance with talent agency laws

Several U.S. states have licensing rules that apply to traditional talent agencies. These rules generally target procurement of employment for artists in film, television, theater, and music:

• California regulates Talent Agencies under the Talent Agencies Act, which covers procurement of traditional entertainment employment.
• New York & Florida have similar rules for theatrical and entertainment employment agencies.

The Program teaches a production-company model for branded content campaigns, which operates in a different category than traditional talent agency work. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable state and federal laws in your jurisdiction. Consult a business or entertainment attorney for guidance specific to your situation.

6. Technical protection measures

You acknowledge and consent that the Program uses:

• Per-user visible watermarks on all video and lesson content
• Forensic invisible watermarks traceable to your account
• Session tracking, device fingerprinting, and IP logging
• Audit logs of all content access
• Single concurrent session enforcement

These measures exist to protect the Program, the creators who contribute to it, and the integrity of the student experience.

7. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to class-action proceedings. You must provide 30 days' written notice before initiating any action.
